CPCS Water Test Results 2025

In compliance with the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) regulations, all drinking water outlets served by a community water supply were sampled for testing.  During this test, we also chose to include non-consumption outlets.

A recent first draw water test revealed that 1 out of 84 water sources in the building had a higher than the recommended level of lead.  This sink is used as a hand-washing station and not for consumption, and is in an area used only by adults.  After conducting the required second flush sample, the results were found as 'Not Detected'.  In addition to retesting the faucet was replaced and water was retested again and results were PASSING.  There are no further deficiencies.
